Screen Area Share - Either a new feature, or an Enhancement to "Crop and Lock" #31690

Description of the new feature / enhancement

The ability to draw an area on a screen and have that area drawn onto a window - a bit like the Crop and Lock PowerToys feature, but focusing on an area of screen, instead of a single window.

Scenario when this would be used?

There are probably others too, but the main reason is when screensharing while using multiple apps, it can be challenging if the host computer is using a very large display. If part of the screen is rendered to a window, it would mean that the window could be shared on Teams for example, effectively sharing part of the screen.

Thanks, but its not the same. Thats full-screen into a "Fancy Zone" I just want to share part of the screen cloned into another window, I think doing it with fancy zones would be a big change. Crop and Lock is way closer to what I am talking about, although having a screen region as a source, not just an existing window.
