Maintain Previously Set Volume Level for Powertoys Peek after Every Reboot

Description of the new feature / enhancement

Each time I boot up my device, powertoys peek's volume keeps resetting to the highest level, meaning I have to preview an image first to get peek to show up in the volume mixer, then take it down to 20% in order to avoid the shocking loudness that comes with previewing a video file first after every reboot.

It would be nice to have peek maintain the previously set volume level even after rebooting.

Scenario when this would be used?

Manually setting powertoys peek volume level.

I’d suggest adding it to peeks settings but not expose it in settings itself
