Description of the new feature / enhancement

It would be interesting to have a function that opens all applications in their respective windows across multiple desktops. Additionally, it would be very useful to have a way to pin open programs and have them stay fixed in specific locations within the layout

Scenario when this would be used?

When we have multiple desktops or virtual desktop using windows.

Doesn't pinning the application to Virtual desktops already allow this? This is built into Windows. /needinfo
