Feat: Create/Open A Sticky Note Directly from power run

Description of the new feature / enhancement

I often rely on sticky notes to keep track of important information. However, a recurring issue I encounter is the need to consistently right-click on the sticky notes icon to reveal all notes and then select the specific one I want to open.

It would be incredibly convenient if I could simply type the title of the sticky note into PowerToy Run to open it directly. This feature would greatly streamline my workflow.

Scenario when this would be used?

Quickly adding and retrieving a note just by title from power run

I m a little bit new at this github. But is there a downloadable addon plugin for stickynotes?
