Area(s) with issue?

ColorPicker

Steps to reproduce

  1. Activate the Color picker, and select a color that you know the color of.
  2. In windows settings navigate to Accessibility -> Color filters and switch Color filters to ON. (Issue will be the most noticable if the selected filter is grayscale, but is also prevalent in other filters.)
  3. Activate Color picker, and select the same color as before with the color filter on. (The color picker now picks up the filtered color instead of the actual color. For example if you select a red item the color picker while the grayscale filter is on you will be given a gray color)

✔️ Expected Behavior

Color picker should return same color with color filter on and off.

❌ Actual Behavior

Color picker returns different colors with color filter on and off, when selecting same pixel

Additionally: Having it as a togglable setting to still select the value of the pixel with filter on could still be useful
