Test environment: OS Build: Windows 11 Enterprise insider preview 23H2 (22631.3296) Power toys version: v0.79.0
Repro Steps:
User Experience: Users who rely on keyboard navigation or have accessibility needs may find it difficult or impossible to interact with the color picker effectively. This issue can hinder their ability to select colors efficiently, leading to frustration and potential abandonment of the task at hand.

✔️ Expected Behavior
When a user presses the enter or space key while interacting with the color picker, the color selection action should be triggered, allowing the user to confirm their choice.
❌ Actual Behavior
Currently, when the user presses the enter or space key while interacting with the color picker, no action is taken. The color selection action is not triggered, resulting in a lack of responsiveness to keyboard input.
