Live screen annotation add-on tool for PowerToys #32277

Description of the new feature / enhancement

Hello, I would like to request a feature to PowerToys similiar in use to apps such as MC Zoomit & Carnac.

The tool should provide possibility for user to draw on screen: lines, arrows, squares, rectangles, text, etc with different pallet chooses by user in settings. Also it should allow user to turn on/off this function ad-hoc with shortcut or different element.

As for second feature, it would display live usage of inputs on the screen such as key stroke pressed, mouse movement or different mouse clicks, touchpad gestures, etc.

Scenario when this would be used?

Mostly used in live screen presentation schools, creating tutorials, etc. It would greatly help in education purposes in schools.

Other issues have been closed with argument that there is other software and also issues you presented don't describe second portion of my feature request.

As power toys is a compendium of tools that should increase user capabilities, I feel this request is just a tip of iceberg it could become in future. If I wanted just a tool to draw on screen then I could use other apps that I even wrote in first request.

What I want to achieve with this feature request is a bigger/different look at this subject.

Everyone feel free to comment below and bring this to a bigger scale, such the team from PT would feel, this feature it's up to a task and add it to the PowerToys.
