Option for FancyZones layouts to set active window

Description of the new feature / enhancement

Each layout has the option to set one zone as "focus" / "make active on layout switch". When hotkey-switching to a layout with a "focus" zone, the window in that zone becomes the active window.

This makes the window in the "focus" zone immediately interactable & appear on top of any overlapping zones.

Scenario when this would be used?

A set of layouts with multiple small zones & one large zone, with windows in each. Hotkeys are used to switch which between these layouts to select which zone becomes the large one.

Switching between these layouts is only ever done to interact with the newly expanded window. This feature would remove the additional step of clicking on the window or using alt+tab after every layout switch.
