Steps to reproduce
Switching between two systems, using a KVM, results in random zone configurations being set when I return to the system.
✔️ Expected Behavior
When switching between one system and another, using a KVM switch, my FancyZones zones should persist.
❌ Actual Behavior
When using multiple displays (3 in my case), and a KVM switch, the FancyZones settings aren't remembered. Often times, my layouts are changed to something random, and not previously configured on any other monitor prior to switching away and back, and I have to routinely open the editor to reset my zones back to the way they previously were. This may be related to the same behavior listed in Issue 24656 and 20116 as I'm running on Win10 22H2
