Steps to reproduce

Switching Windows Display settings from two monitors in extended state to three monitors in extended state, with Monitor Profile Switcher. VLC media player was playing a file not in full-screen on the primary monitor, and has crashed at the same time.

✔️ Expected Behavior

Nothing.

❌ Actual Behavior

PowerToys ran into an issue 2024-04-25.txt
