Setting Awake Time interval to 0h 0m breaks option #32630

Steps to reproduce

Open Awake settings and select Timer interval, with hour time set to 0 and any number set in minutes, set minute time to 0. select off minute selector. leaving time set to 0h 0m.

✔️ Expected Behavior

With 0h and 0m set you should still be able to select "Keep awake for a time interval" and set a new time

❌ Actual Behavior

With 0h 0m set for awake interval mode is unselected, reverting to " Keep using the selected power plan" . Mode does not stay selected with invalid time set and a new interval can not be set.
