Steps to reproduce
✔️ Expected Behavior
Expected behavior would be the program's location opening and the program being scrolled to and selected/highlighted
❌ Actual Behavior
Instead, PowerToys Run opens the program's folder albeit without scrolling to nor selecting the program, merely a folder unscrolled at the top. This necessitates the user having to manually locate the program in the folder, which can be arduous when a folder contains many numbers of similarly named files.
Windows Explorer has a built-in switch to open an Explorer window with a file pre-selected:
