Steps to reproduce
Windows 10 Enable FancyZones - disable any other app of power toys Hit ctrl+shift+esc to start the task manager grab the title of a window (not task manager) and move it around
✔️ Expected Behavior
The window is moved around
❌ Actual Behavior
FancyZones positioning activates and the window is placed in the position where the window is released.
