Move Window or program to Active Monitor when changing number of monitors or off of focus

Description of the new feature / enhancement

Move off screen window to an active monitor. Maybe in the right click menu on the program in the Task Bar.

Scenario when this would be used?

I use 3 monitors at my office but when I am at home I have 1 large 4K monitor and if I sleep my computer at work and then open it at home programs will launch where there is no longer a display. To get the screen back visible I have to use the ALT SPACE M and Move the screen back to where I can see it and then manipulate to where I need it.
