Option to hide PowerRename from folder background context menu

Description of the new feature / enhancement

A setting to hide PowerRename from the context menu that is displayed when right-clicking on the blank space in Explorer or desktop, but keeping it for context menus of selected files and folders.

Scenario when this would be used?

I prefer the folder background context menu to be less crowded, and appearing for selected files and folders only is also the default behavior for other tools such as File Locksmith and Image Resizer.
