Hyper/MS365 key in Keyboard Manager

Description of the new feature / enhancement

The feature is being able to remap a shortcut or key to the "Hyper" key. Interestingly, the Hyper key can not be used in the remapping of either shortcuts or keys (and by this I mean a key to hyper) as well as the usual (but hard to use) shift+ctrl+win+alt shortcut that emulates the keypress of the Hyper key.

Scenario when this would be used?

1. Old software may need you to use the hyper key, a lot.
2. The old "Office" key (referring to MS office, now MS 365) is really a hyper key in disguise, and it (as well as it's shortcuts like Office+W that opens Word) is quite useful.

Both of these could be solved by remapping a key like Right Alt or one of the unused function keys to the Hyper key.
