Steps to reproduce
Sometime in the last several months, I'm no longer able to open the PowerToys UI. It shows in the system tray and I see several PT modules running in Task Manager as seen in the screenshot below. Ive tried uninstalling/reinstalling .exe (user and machine) from GitHub and app from Microsoft Store. I have the same results across several Windows 11 PCs. These are corporate PCs, so Im thinking it may be one of our companies anti-malware or network security apps, but Im not sure the best way to confirm that. Ive tried running as Admin and without with the same results. I also tried installing as Admin and not as admin with same results.

Seemingly nothing.
