FancyZones: Add ability to set 'No layout' template as default

Description of the new feature / enhancement

There is an ability to set specific template (all but 'No layout' one) as default:

I can do it by pressing 'Pencil' icon to edit template settings. There is no such thing for 'No layout' template:

Would be great to also be able to set 'No layout' template as default for horizontal or vertical monitor orientation.

Scenario when this would be used?

Preconditions:

• I have 2 monitors, one in vertical and one in horizontal orientation, connected to my laptop via Thuderbolt.
• For vertical I prefer a specific template, which I set as default.
• For horizontal I prefer 'No layout' template, which I can't set as default.

Problem:

• When I disconnect my laptop from my monitors to use it outside of my desk, FancyZone resets to 'Columns' template, even though it is not set as default for horizontal orientation on my end.
• So every time I plug/unplug Thuderbolt cable, I have to go to the Layout Editor and switch my horizontal monitor back to 'No layout'.

Feature request:

• I want to have the ability to set the 'No layout' template as default, so that it doesn't reset automatically every time I change my connected monitor's count.

All those issues are about setting a layout as default, which I acknowledge as an existing feature and use already.

My feature request is about setting specifically the 'No layout' template as default, which is impossible to do a the moment.
