Steps to reproduce

1. Click or double click on Powertoys in system tray.
2. A fully black window will open that doesnt funciton at all and will close itself in some time.

✔️ Expected Behavior

Functional settings menu to open

❌ Actual Behavior

Black/blank window without any functionality instead of the settings window
