Steps to reproduce

I have only seen this once, and do not know how to reproduce it. I have my caps lock key mapped to Ctrl (Left). Normally this works fine in a WSLg window. But today it simply stopped working, even with closing and opening new windows. I shut down and restarted WSL, and they key remapping was working again.

✔️ Expected Behavior

Key remapping is obeyed in WSLg windows.

❌ Actual Behavior

They key remapping was ignored.

Note that the remapping was working everywhere else just fine, it was only the WSLg windows that were a problem.
