Fancy Zones, while dragging a window, Quick Zone select with numbers 1-9

Description of the new feature / enhancement

While dragging a window and fancy zones with numbers are displayed, pressing the appropriate number key will automatically snap the window to the desired zone. i.e. drag and press 2 to immediately snap window to fancy zone 2

Scenario when this would be used?

window resizing for MATLAB or other applications that open multiple windows.
