Customize the position of desktop notifications

Description of the new feature / enhancement

Windows notifications are important, but they can only be seen in the lower right part of the screen, this causes many users to disable this feature since it can interrupt other apps. My idea would be that the notification can be moved to the other corners of the desktop and in this way take advantage of the space on the screen, since as I mentioned previously these notifications in the default area are usually annoying and even cover other information that is displayed in that same place.

Scenario when this would be used?

This will help make better use of the notifications, since I usually remove them, because they are in an area where a lot of information is usually displayed, and not being able to change the location of the notifications causes them to overlap in front of other things. I'm sure many will love being able to customize where notifications are displayed on the screen.
