Enhance Text Extractor quality by switching to another implementation #33417

Description of the new feature / enhancement

It because Text Extractor use the Windows built-in OCR capability to scan images. The quality of the OCR is quite low. Is it possible to have an option that switch to Azure AI Vision with OCR and AI or GPT-4o to do the OCR job?

Scenario when this would be used?

I want a better OCR implementation.

Is there an issue tracking this feature? I found this issue https://github.com/microsoft/PowerToys/issues/25040 but it's also closed.
