Steps to reproduce
Creating Grid zones used to ignore the area under the task bar, now it does not.
As a result, when I snap the window to the zone it cuts off the bottom of the window hiding it under the task bar.

This is particularly frustrating for apps like Excel where the tabs to navigate to different sheets are.

Expect layout to work with the desktop space remaining after accounting for Taskbars

Windows are arranged under Taskbars
