Steps to reproduce
Just hit the shortcut key.
✔️ Expected Behavior
Having a fullscreen video on my primary display (this is a three display setup. Arranged like so: [3][1][2] and they are on DP MST 1->2->3). When I used the shortcut for text extractor the fullscreen video on [1] copied itself over my text on [3] so it was unusable.
❌ Actual Behavior
Would prefer to use the utility without any fullscreen windows copying themselves over the text intended to be marked.

Fullscreen video was being played through:
No other apps running at the time. This is Windows 10;
I'm not an ardent Windows user. Normally my machine is using Archlinux (btw) but I have the original drive with original stall sitting mostly idle and happened to boot it and was playing with the powertoys.
I hope this is not a duplicate! There didn't appear to be anyone having the same issue when I checked.
