Steps to reproduce
This issue goes back years. Multi monitor setup. Set fancy zones with zero margin. Hibernate computer, when it wakes all your windows now have a margin around them and need resnapping.
✔️ Expected Behavior
That no margin would remain as intended. There's no reason to suddenly add a margin after hibernate.
❌ Actual Behavior
Margins were added.
