Steps to reproduce
✔️ Expected Behavior
The expected result is that the .html file should be previewed in Outlook.
❌ Actual Behavior
Outlook gives error "This file cannot be previewed because there is no previewer installed for it".
Note that Outlook can preview other file types. And if the Monaco preview handler is turned off, then Outlook can preview .html again.
This is especially unexpected behavior because .html is not a source code file format.
