Steps to reproduce

Turn on computer and log into windows. Open PowerToys to re-enable FancyZones because the software disabled it automatically for some reason.

✔️ Expected Behavior

I was expecting FancyZones to work after logging into Windows.

❌ Actual Behavior

FancyZones is disabled and I have to open up PowerToys and re-enable FancyZones every time I log into windows. This started happening from the most recent update.
