Steps to reproduce

Deactivate FancyZones.
Start a graphical X11 program from WSL, say xeyes.
Optional: Confirm that you can resize this window by dragging one of its corners/sides. Note that the eyes only follows the position of the pointer, when the pointer is inside xeyes or some other WSLg window.
Activate FancyZones.
Focus the xeyes window.
Move this window to a neighbour zone with the FancyZones shortcut + .

✔️ Expected Behavior

Normal interactivity
Trouble-free resizing
and -- this is already reported in another issue, long ago -- resizing so that the window fills the zone

❌ Actual Behavior

It is now impossible to interact with the program. In the case of xeyes, the eyes no longer stare at the pointer, no matter where it is.
The window cannot be resized.
Most often, the window is even cropped at one side.

Some programs even fail from the start, when FZ is active, such as xfig.

Other Software

As far as I can tell, all graphic X11 programs are hit by this.

Please note that this issue is not about FZ failing to resize WSLg windows to fit the zones. That is old hat. This time FZ makes the programs completely unresponsive. That's not just different, it's also much worse.
