Description of the new feature / enhancement
To be able to set a percentage for the transparency of certain windows and to be able to make them click-through.
Scenario when this would be used?
Trying to write from a picture where text can't be read through text extractor for its formatting, handwriting, etc. Watching a video on the player while trying to do something else.
