Allow to search/filter within Advanced Paste Clipboard history to quickly find the text to paste

Description of the new feature / enhancement

As Windows does not support searching within Clipboard history, it would be nice if Advance Paste could allow it. Advanced Paste Clipboard history with search bar at the top to narrow down the matching results could be accessible with a keyboard shortcut. It could even override/replace the default Windows Win+V Clipboard manager and replace it with

Scenario when this would be used?

User with multiple items in the Windows Clipboard history would press a keyboard shortcut to open Advanced Paste Clipboard history and start typing to narrow down/filter results in Clipboard history thus saving time by not scrolling down thru history and searching for the text. Especially when clipboard history has several items which begin with the same text it would be great time saver.

I really like this idea -- I'm also exploring how we can leverage the top-level text box to help filter the 'paste as' list.
