Steps to reproduce

window is stuck when re-locating to another zone, mouse cant be moved below the taskbar like it meets limit before the taskbar

✔️ Expected Behavior

move a window from zone 1 to zone 2 , the window is relocated as usual in a smooth way without interrupts

❌ Actual Behavior

move a window from zone 1 to zone 2 , the window becomes frozen and unresponsive , it is stuck on the initial position without any visual sign of error , during this situation the mouse cant be placed on the TaskBar like the screen without taskbar is the only active area avaliable. the frozen window gets responsive again after 1-3 min, restart doesnt halp , reinstall doesnt help.
