Description of the new feature / enhancement

PiP tool is a software to use the Picture in Picture mode on Windows. This feature allows you to watch content (video for example) in thumbnail format on the screen while continuing to use any other software on Windows.

Scenario when this would be used?

Watch YouTube, Udemy, etc. videos in small PiP during codding.

I usually use Windows virtual desktops, although I have the advantage of using 2 monitors, but sometimes I need information from another program or website. This tool would be very useful if I could put the information I want to deal with in the first virtual desktop on a second virtual desktop without having to bring up the program, use win+tab to change windows, or split screens distorting the application. For programmers, illustrators and students, this idea is 100% perfect.
