So it doesn't appear neither on control panel or remove programs? After restarting, if it still appears, try to check if it's still added to Scheduled Tasks or Startup Apps. Perhaps you have a local build that was not installed? /needinfo
Nope it's still there after multiple restarts and it is not in scheduled tasks or startup apps... And I installed it from Microsoft store so having a local build is not possible I think

Steps to reproduce
i tried uninstalling it from both control panel and apps menu but it is still there in my system

see it is not visible in control panel here you can see that the option to install is coming in the Microsoft Store, which shows that it is not supposed to be on my system, but in the task bar you can see its instance open.
