FancyZones wont cross monitor #34149

Steps to reproduce

*have Override Windows Snap enabled for relative position and move between monitors here is a display of how i have my zones setup on my two monitors: image

now, i snap a window into the left column of the right monitor. press Win+Left

✔️ Expected Behavior

i would expect it to snap to the bottom row of the left monitor.

❌ Actual Behavior

it snaps to the small pip area at the bottom left of the right monitor.
