Description of the new feature / enhancement

Add a feature to center the taskbar when used on ultra wide monitors (32;9, 21:9)

Scenario when this would be used?

When an ultra wide monitor is used (32:9 ratio), it's really annoying to have the taskbar icons at the far left hand side. On windows 11 they are centered and gives it a better user experience and less looking to the left to find what you need.
