Quick access to screenshot tool

Scenario when this would be used?

Whenever someone needs a screenshot of anything saved as a jpeg on the desktop

Snipping tool does not work at OS level

Can you explain more about why Snipping Tool does not work? /needinfo

Hi Jospeh, I want to be able to quickly access it to take random screenshots that then save as a jpg etc to desktop. On Mac OS you press cmd shift 4 and it gives you a lasso you can drag around the section you like, and then one you complete the square it automatically saves the screenshot. Power tools has been instrumental in my workflow, as a video editor on Mac and PC the ability to use the same shortcuts and same Mac keyboard means I can go between work and home desktops seamlessly.
