Description of the new feature / enhancement

Include keyboard chatter blocker, similar to the https://github.com/mcmonkeyprojects/KeyboardChatterBlocker

Scenario when this would be used?

Any mechanical keyboard can produce chatter

What does https://github.com/mcmonkeyprojects/KeyboardChatterBlocker not do that you'd want improved? Or is this more of a suggestion to duplicate functionality to PowerToys?

Yes this is a suggestion of duplicating KeyboardChatterBlocker functionality in PowerToys.
