Description of the new feature / enhancement
I want that "always on topped" windowpane also should have the feature to adjust their opacity. Because it will be really helpful work together with just behind windows pane.
Scenario when this would be used?
For example: If I am watching educational video class and the same time I want to note or draw in OneNote then I will keep video window open in full screen mode and OneNote in "always on top" mode. Now requested feature will be very helpful in this situation. Because in adjusted opacity of always on topped windows pane allows us to see what things are happening in just behind of always on topped windows pane.
