Steps to reproduce

Signed in to Windows 10 after PC was sleep. Immediately this issue window was seen on screen. I was not doing anything myself with Power Toys at this time.

Copy of screen message:

✔️ Expected Behavior

Nothing as I only signed in to Windows 10 PC after PC was sleeping

❌ Actual Behavior

After sign in to Windows I saw the screen from Power Toys saying it ran into an issue.
