Steps to reproduce
activate tool. select bounds and move to area press and hold moving to define area. works. press the other 3 options and move off of tool and no mouse cursor to move to area to be measured.
✔️ Expected Behavior
mouse cursor to allow visual location to point to be measured.
❌ Actual Behavior
mouse cursor disappears when off of tool UI. moving mouse back over tool makes cursor appear.
