Description of the new feature / enhancement

In our daily work, we often use the same blocks of text over and over again, whether in support, when creating documentation or emails. We often have note pages from which we copy the information. This is very cumbersome and doesn't make the work much faster. Instead of searching for the text in the notes, it would be much easier to give the text an abbreviation, which PowerToys would then replace with the actual text.

Scenario when this would be used?

• Expanding mail snippets
• Standard Servicedesk responses
• sendings Documentation links by shortcut
• generating code documentation header tool independent

I guess there are many more scenarios where this would be usefull

Supporting information

• there are tools like textexpander, PhraseExpress oder AutoHotkey already doing it
• Its a standard feature an MacOS
