Create a workspace with An application taking up half a monitor, two Windows File Explorer windows open each taking up a quarter of the remaing screen.
Save Workspace.
Launch - all good.
Now edit the workspace and put a start folder in the CLI for the File Explorer Windows - doesn't work - they will not snap back to where they should be.
If relevant, the application I'm using for the half of the screen is Visual Studio.
