Steps to reproduce
enable Run component, then switch to any Windows program that is not maximized, press LAlt+Spacebar.
✔️ Expected Behavior
The current window's menu should open, so that only "X" must be pressed next to maximize the window without using the mouse (or touchpad) at all.
❌ Actual Behavior
Some search bar opened in center of screen, not even having the branding "PowerToys Run" anywhere around that new search-bar, making it very hard for new users for even finding out that PowerToys is causing that issue.
