Color Picker window is poorly shaped on ultra-wide monitor

Steps to reproduce

1. Invoke the color picker utility via the shortcut
2. Select a color
3. The color picker editor window takes up the entirety of the screen and doesn't behave as it previously did

✔️ Expected Behavior

A reasonably sized window shows up

❌ Actual Behavior

A window that is the size of the entire screen (49 inch ultrawide) shows up and is not resizable. I know that it cannot be resized by default, but it is not showing up in the proper dimensions for the monitor at hand.
