New+ not showing on context (right-click) menu, even under "show more options" #35323

Steps to reproduce

I don't really know what triggered the bug. I've just updated from the in-program option. Sometimes I do winget upgrade also. My windows is in English (US), but my keyboard is PT-BR ABNT2.

✔️ Expected Behavior

A "New+" menu should appear when right clicking in a folder/desktop.

❌ Actual Behavior
