Steps to reproduce
Change A to B in Keyborad Manager
✔️ Expected Behavior
When I type A in the browser, B appears
❌ Actual Behavior
It is replaced without any problem except when inputting in a browser, but it is not replaced in Chrome or Edge. However, it is very rarely replaced and the behavior is unstable.
What I really want to set is to change ' to IME KANJI.
This event was confirmed on a Windows 11 computer. I don't think this kind of issue occurs on Windows 10, but is this a browser problem?
