Steps to reproduce

Connect two systems, Windows 10 and windows 11. When on Windows 11 moving to windows 10 mouse will work for a bit, then hang, then work then hang.

More info on this:

The system I am currently connected to has no issues but when I move to an adjacent system the mouse will freeze for ~4 seconds, then move normally for ~8 seconds, then repeats.
