Steps to reproduce

Mega-thread tracking versioning issues in Workspaces.

Open an app such as Visual Studio, Revit, etc. with another version of that app also installed (ex. VS 2022 vs. 2019) and create a workspace. The workspace will show as detecting the incorrect version, and will launch said version as well when workspace is launched.

✔️ Expected Behavior

Correct app versions are detected, saved and launched in accordance with the version open on screen.

❌ Actual Behavior

Version is incorrect at detect, save and launch phases.
