Disable this prompt via registry key or command-line etc.

Scenario when this would be used?

We deploy the latest version of PowerToys every month to all users via SCCM. We know that PowerToys frequently releases new versions, but the toast notification is quite annoying for users who don't have admin credentials to install the update. It doesn't make sense for them to receive toast notifications frequently. Administrators should have the ability to disable this prompt for users.
